• Installation and removal:
  1. Place the chuck obliquely into the clamping nut, and turn the nut slightly to engage the extraction screw in the chuck groove. Then push the chuck into the nut evenly in the direction of the arrow.
  2. Now you can install the cutter/router drill bit, and use the chuck wrench to forcefully tighten the assembly into the chuck body.
  3. To remove the cutter/router bit, loosen the nut until you don’t feel resistance. Then, use a collet wrench to loosen the nut further until the collet loosens from the chuck body. Removing the chuck from the nut is the reverse of the installation process
